I have a couple questions, I saw in one of the threads I was looking through a guy saying that he would make money off of a computer trick when the computer would "switch on" once or twice a day. First question is, what does he mean by this computer "switched on"? Second, how did he make money off of this computer switching on? And third, how did this person find this computer to trick in this first place? I'm very intrigued by the whole concept

It was posted on this forum haha. It didn't seem so much as a hack, as much as a loophole/glitch they were able to utilize through trading.

What's funny about it, our guys would watch videos or play games all day until the computer would switch on and then they would do their thang (everything quited down in concentrated demeanor) and end up thousands plus in their acccounts after some minutes. One of the guys consistently would play the song "P.I.M.P." very loud and we would start hanging again waiting for the next turn
hilarious.. also because one of the guys who didn't like making money on a computer trick was particularly annoyed everytime they played the p.i.m.p song

Yea, I remember reading that too. I think it was over in the "funniest thing ever seen in prop firm" Hall of Fame section.
OP, send the person who wrote it a message. I tried to search but maybe it's too old. I think search is limited somewhat. To me it sounded like they were sitting around waiting for an algo to turn on for short periods during the day. Funny though, i can imagine the song and the one guy upset by it all haha.
