Making Mini Indices

I am looking for some type of program that can make a mini indice of my stocks. I swing trade options I look through around 550-600 stocks a day to see what's doing what. It'd be great to see a graphical representation of my groups of stocks instead of actually going through all of them.

I appreciate it.
