Making an Impression and Getting into Front Office

Hi All,

I'm looking to get onto a Credit Trading Desk as a junior trader. I currently work in a role that can be described as Trading Support for the desk.

Anyone got some advice or experience on how to go about this? I've done some good work for the desk in my current role but how does one network, or even spend time, with the traders when they are so busy throughout the day?
