Make the background in a new TWS tab transparent?

I'd like to place the window of a different program behind the main TWS window and still see the other program. Is it possible to make the background color in a new TWS tab transparent? If so, where do I find this setting?
 
Not aware of any platform like that to be honest. But it seems like such an easy thing to implement, so I was wondering if IB TWS has that setting hidden somewhere. The dark grey standard background color in new tabs has to be encoded somewhere in the files, right? So maybe one can change the transparency setting on that...

In MT at some point in the past I put in a "transparency" option in every window. Just for the hell of it. AFAIK, no one uses this feature.
