I have no problem with Trumpers using bleach, light, ivermectin, tea leaves, burning sage, crystals, herbs and spices, etc.
So there’s this stuff called science. And through science we just gauge the rate of transmission of a virus. When it gets over 1 we can understand the spread rate is surging and take measures to mitigate the surge. Now, you’re arguing there was a deep reduction in cases because of a drug but that’s not true, the mitigation worked and as you can see states in India are easing the restrictions due to that success.
See there are things called facts.

From what I understand and remember, the surge got so bad in India because they were hesitant to pull the trigger on restrictions and ended up in such a bad place they pretty much needed a total shut down in half of the country. They were hitting 400,000 confirmed infections a day for a couple of weeks and deaths are still being counted but they range from half a million to over 3 million. Serious stuff and it took quite some time to even get to halfway open.
The point is, you’re flippant on some serious shit and no one has time for your idiotic bullshit.
Now, the situation is not the same here in America as it was/is in India. That last surge killed people in such high numbers it’s very difficult to even count and their economy was totally wrecked for a second time. Big problems there.
Here in America we are very lucky. We have plentiful vaccines and treatments. What we do not have is unlimited hospital beds and capacity. We can weather a surge unless it gets fully blown out of control and that would spur mitigation again.
And you can say whatever you want but nobody of importance is listening to people like you. Businesses and governments are moving toward vaccine requirements and people are being saved with vaccines and monoclonal antibodies. And you’re just going to continue to be run over because in actuality you’re the idiot.
