Thinking that skin hue is mainly responsible for behavior. That's one way I'd put it.
If you want to say that African Americans are discriminated against, and can not succeed, because of the the hue of their skin then how have Indians done so well.
True - If you are Black it does make you easy to identify but it is not the skin color in and of itself, it is much more.
And racist is not necessarily based on skin hue. It is based on history, culture, and tradition. French will be biased (racist) against Germans.
Blacks are extremely racist. It is the only thing they know how to do but - racism is not a color of skin exclusive issue.
Racism means you prefer your own kind. Racism is the biological imperative that has existed for 4,000,000,000 years. Racism is you prefer those that are more genetically aligned with you.
