Amazingly the most racist group of people I know are African Americans. African Americans are the most racist group I know. African Americans are racist. It's sad but it is all they know how to do.
But what does it mean to say one is racist? Would certainly be advanced if everyone would definitively define what they mean by racist.
It means I prefer my own kind.
Do I want to live in an all Black neighbor? No. Do I want to go to a restaurant where everyone else is Black? No. Do I want to go to a school where everyone else is Black? No Do I want to shop at a store where everyone else is Black? No
You can switch the colors and the answers are somewhat the same. However, their is a group of Blacks who always want to seem to PASS?
I do not want to do a Rwanda and just go out an kill everyone who is not like me, but I do prefer my own kind.

There is a genetic basis to this. One prefers those more genetically similar to oneself. It is the biological imperative.
This is an academic no no but the inability of Black Americans to succeed, the source of their frustration, is genetic.
Proof - Look at countries in Africa. Some of the worst living conditions on the planet. Inability of African Americans to succeed even with affirmative action et al. Most African Americans with any measure of success at all have a job title like Director of Inclusion and Diversity (made up job).
The Black American experiment has failed.
