Except for the "disability scandal"? Honest people could argue there is a crisis, but it's no scandal. Except maybe in rep meme land.Everything you say here is undeniably true! (I'm not joking.)

Prior to 1850 the U.S. had a requirement to own property or pay taxes in order to vote. In the view of our country's founders only these individuals were committed members of the community who should be allowed voting rights. Property and/or tax requirements for voting should be re-instated.
Scat had a suggestion: one vote per dollar of net worth. It should be 1 acre of land ownership required to cast votes in national elections and fractional votes below 1 acre.
That is approximately what we already have, isn't it?Scat had a suggestion: one vote per dollar of net worth.
When medicare became law in 1965, they projected part A hospitalization would cost $9 billion dollars in 1990. It actually cost $67 billion dollars.
With part B doctors fees, they did an even better one to us.
They just said it will cost about $500 million a year. They didn't project into the future. I wonder why. LOL Because in 1990 they actually spent $163 billion. When they don't bother to project, they have a very good reason for skipping this essential budgeting process. It might not help sell the monetary scam. I mean program.
If so, why is scat so unhappy? That is approximately what we already have, isn't it?
He is dreadfully unhappy about pretty much everything most of the time. Only if he were cheery would I think something's gone terribly wrong. If so, why is scat so unhappy?
; )
