No. To be fair, those were brought by the British and old European colonists, before we had the founding of country. Most of them worked in plantation and agriculture. If they were to ask for reparations, they should start with the British old ruling class. I am surprised with so many smart historians, no one distinguishes this fact.
Does that really make a difference? We still enslaved them. It's us who benefitted the most from enslaving them.
