No. To be fair, those were brought by the British and old European colonists, before we had the founding of country. Most of them worked in plantation and agriculture. If they were to ask for reparations, they should start with the British old ruling class. I am surprised with so many smart historians, no one distinguishes this fact.

You and I are just two different kinds of people. LOL I don't ever see my work as being done. LOL I am always able to find things to do no matter how much work I have finished doing. I envy the kind of people like you who can just get up and leave what's still to be done there after they've finished what they've been doing. America is not exceptional -poverty has been on the rise for a longtime while the uber rich are multi billionaires. Bill Gates is rich because shitty MSFT products were preinstalled into PCs. That is the definition of a monopoly. No wonder he wants to give away some of his billions. Corrupt business is rewarded, honest labour is not.

You still have active slavery in most countries now. It's called driving for Uber. Those people are the new slaves, who are too stupid to understand that they are being taken advantage of.

This kind of slavery is even more profitable for big companies. You don't have to feed or house your workers, if they die you don't have to bury them , you just get someone else.

Well, if you are working your ass off, you are working dumber. My company actually pays bonus for productivity, so if I feel like making extra money, I become more productive.
