Slowly been doing some research on your town...

"On March 18, 2020, Magna was the site of the epicenter for the 5.7 magnitude 2020 Salt Lake City Earthquake. The quake was followed by more than 850 aftershocks. The temblor struck at approximately 7:10 am, and was felt strongly across the Wasatch Front. Damage was light, although several historic buildings with un-reinforced brick walls suffered damage..."

My slow research on the town Magna owns continues... Here's a pic of his Main Street.

Yep, definitley a one-horse town.

*But note Magna's fortress in the background up on the hill. Very imposing*.
 
Further indication that Magna owns this entire town is the fact that the background image of the sign that has "Festival" written on it has the red circular image from you know who.
