Magazine Pushes Fake Pic Of Obama Shooting Skeet

Personally, I think Obama may have tried once and didn't think shooting was for him. Otherwise, we would see pics from the White House promoting his expertise.

President Obama recently told the New Republic magazine, "Up at Camp David, we do skeet shooting all the time." Today, after some suggested the president's claim might not be true, the New Republic tweeted a picture supposedly proving that Obama has gone skeet shooting:

The only problem: the picture is a fake, and not hosted on the White House's website.

Within minutes the magazine had deleted the tweet and admitted its mistake.

Erin Burnett at CNN wasn't too sure about Obama's skeet shooting claims either.

So, if there are "Truthers" and there are "Birthers" are those who question Obama's claim that he shoots skeet all the time called "Skeeters?"

“Obama the skeet shooter,” she began. “Yeah, I’m not making this up. I mean, if someone is, it isn’t me.”

She then played the clip of CNN’s Jessica Yellin confronting Press Secretary Jay Carney on the comments, repeatedly asking if a picture of the activity existed and why no one had ever heard of him doing it before.

Burnett then turned to a panel where she said there’s “skepticism” among conservatives and non-conservatives about the president’s claim.

“So, now you’re going to say you do it all the time, don’t you have to kind of prove it?” she asked.

Me and my best friend used to make toy guns in our labrotory way backin the day. Mom used to ask "what happen to my broom, my mop,?" We cut them up and used the handle for barrells on our machine guns. Sheeet we'd be dead meat now making a toy gun.

I checked around yesterday for camp david pix, maybe one of him shooting a gun. No luck. I think he's full of shit.
