MAGAtards won't wear masks

If you were on a plane, you would be required to wear a mask. But you're right -- it's ok for them because the party of the rich doesn't fly commercial.

My understanding is that masks are recommended on charter flights in the U.S. but not required. This is different than commercial flights where masks are required. If anyone has different information please let us know and provide the source.

source? I don't know charter airline rules for COVID. I'd imagine they're looser as it's luxury

There is no CDC requirement for private transportation, so it's up to the traveler when chartering/using your own plane. Another example,

ok, so you quote public transportation rules for a chartered plane? What's the point here?
Per the CDC Order, only those passengers wearing compliant masks are permitted to board private jet flights. Federal law requires wearing a mask onboard private aircraft, and failure to comply constitutes a violation of Federal law.

I admit it -- I was wrong. They broke the law. But it's ok -- Democratic state lawmakers have the right to not follow federal laws (or science;)).

source? You've failed to show the CDC guidelines for private plane travel. Which law did the break again?

You were doing better with your double-flip-flop. Then you had to go and joke that the lawmakers have the right to not follow federal laws.
  • Isn't it possible that they were ignorant of the CDC mandate, just like you were?
  • Did the crew inform them to wear masks, and they refused?
  • Or is it most likely that the crew didn't inform them, in addition to the law makers themselves being ignorant?
Their being ignorant and incompetent, as public lawmakers, is one thing--and bad.

But it's nowhere near their (alleged by you) beliefs that they have the "right" ;) to not follow the law.

As for the science; I suspect many citizens falsely believe that the CDC's relaxation of the mandates also applies to transit.

Trump could use a man like you.
