Strongly agree.

The big fat girl with the knife was so angry...she didn't even realize that she chased down another big fat girl that fell down in front of a Police Officer...

The girl with the knife then turned quickly her attention on another girl in pink and then tried to plunge a knife into that girl in pink awhile some other teenager male is trying to stomp on the other girl that had fallen down in front of the Police Officer...
  • Amazingly, these teenagers all acted like that "in front of a Police Officer" and then seen shocked one of them got shot multiple times.
If there's more to the story...its probably about typical teenager bullshit that's seen in all ethnicity when teenagers are not supervised by adults.

The commonality they're teenagers out of control even when a Police Officer rolls up on them. In fact, I wouldn't be surprise if the aggressors were the one's with the knife and the other teenage boy that tried to stomp on the head of the girl that had fallen considering everyone else seem to be just standing around acting like...what the fuck ?

Last time I saw a fight like that was between White female teenagers outside a youth hockey tournament game in Montréal. One of the girls pulled a knife but all the other girls ran away.

By the time the Police arrived...the angry girl had put her knife back in her coat and the Police then calmly arrested her. Girls were arguing about someone kissing another girl's boyfriend. :D

I propose that Cops boycott these neighborhoods for 10 days and make the residents beg them to come back.
Demand accountability for these residents, demand training for them on how behave in civilization.

Would add some clarity to some thinking.

Joe needs to strike while the iron is hot and push for federal mandates for police cams. The measure has historically been opposed by cons but this is a prime example of how good cops can be cleared. He'd have bipartisan support no doubt. He can even play the both sides angle here.

Call it the George Floyd act and attach other police and enforcement reform measures like weed legalization, training, bail bond reform, scrap private prison contracts, go wild.

They'll be boycotting most neighborhoods including the ones they live in.

Further, what about the neighborhoods that those committing crimes do not live in such as individuals from another neighborhood goes to a different neighborhood to cause problems...

This isn't rocket science...if the police fucks up...they should be held accountable. If they don't fuck up and protect someone...they should be awarded.

I live in a calm quiet neighborhood...upper class with a nearby private secondary school (high school). If some asswipe from another city shows up and shoots up the school or knifes someone because he was fired from the school a year ago...

Your suggestion not only makes no sense...its also part of the problem because it would put everyone else that's innocent in harms way.

That cop did a damn good job, he saved that girls life.That was happening so fast and he had just got there. To be able to process what was happening at that speed, notice the knife while she was running,make sure he had the right target and fire multiple rounds from around 10 feet away without hitting the girl who was being attacked who was directly in front of the attacker or any other innocent bystanders was an amazing job imo.

That girl in the pink outfit should be thanking him for saving her life or saving her from serious harm from a crazy teenager trying to plunge a knife into her and the family of the girl in pink should be thanking the Police Officer too for saving their daughter's life.
  • Lets be frank, that big bitch came out of that group of teenagers like a big rhino on a rampage.
In the military, we had a lot of training to access dangerous fast deteriorating situations like that...a civilian crowd aren't threats while someone or a few are threats from within the crowd of civilians...

The teenage boy that tried to stomp the female on the ground is very lucky he didn't get shot too had he made any threatening motion towards the Police officer or had something in his hand that looked like a weapon too while he was trying to harm the teenage female on the ground by stomping on her.

Amazingly, they behaved like that in front of Police Officers because there was more than one Police Officer there as if the teenagers felt like they can injure or kill anyone they want without consequence.
