They're teenagers and there obviously is at least 2 groups involved...

Bet each one is blaming the other and each teenager has a different story so that they will not be looked down upon by their peers in the neighborhood.

Another thing...if its the home of a foster parent and the girl shot actually lived their with another foster child...that foster home will never be allowed to foster another child regardless which teen is at fault.
