it's not a protester's job to uphold the law and "protect & serve"

What a completely asinine thing to say.

First, if protesters don't want to be included in the same light as those doing the evil deeds, then they should be very inclined to differentiate themselves from the criminals.

Second, it is every person's right to speak out against crime and destruction. That is what a civilized society is based on. If I see someone being beaten to death in the street, I have a moral obligation to do something - at the very minimum to call the authorities. Some municipalities even have laws to this effect on the books.

No one said all protestors are bad - there are a lot of bad protesters and good protesters who cover for the bad protestors. If 5 protesters loot a store and the other 95 cover up and look the other way then you have 100 bad protesters.

WTF do protestors have to do with cops?

Cops are an arm of the government carrying a badge and a gun and acting like it gives them unlimited power to harass and kill citizens...

Who the fuck are protestors? If a protestor walks up to a cop and punches him in the face then that protestor will be arrested and thrown in jail. If a protestor commits a crime and is caught they are put to the justice system.

If a cop does something wrong, in most cases they get paid vacation and keep all their benefits.

Officials filed a voluntary manslaughter charge on Wednesday against an officer in the shooting death of a Black man at a Bay Area Walmart.

San Leandro Police Officer Jason Fletcher, 49, was charged for the April 18 killing of Steven Taylor, a 33-year-old Black man, after Fletcher responded to a call about an alleged shoplifter holding a baseball bat, according to a press release from the Alameda County District Attorney.

The district attorney found that Taylor “posed no threat of imminent deadly force or serious bodily injury to defendant Fletcher or anyone else in the store” when Fletcher shot him in the chest.

Fletcher, who saw another officer arrive in the Walmart parking lot, talked to the security guard for about 10 seconds, in which he was reportedly told the situation was not a robbery.





Finally cops are being charged with crimes for acting like thug pussies but I still bet he gets off with a small slap for killing a man he had no right to..... I will bet money at worst he gets fired but keeps his pension and benefits.
