The thug that was shot was bad news across all spectrums.
Shoot to kill policies don't sit well with people. Emptying a clip into a man's back will never sit well.

Therefore, an unarmed black man has a 1:714,000 chance of being killed by a cop.
About the same odds as being struck by lightning in any given year.
Now I’m absolutely positively sure that those odds would go WAY down if in fact the person shot wasn’t a complete and total fucking idiot or involved in some kind of criminal behavior or doing something that might threaten a LEO.
BUT you should carry on with your INSANE theory that all cops are bad, black people get killed by cops all the time forever everyday, and black people don’t commit the VAST amount of violent crime, specifically interracial crimes, and police murders (per capita)

Something I notice is there are about 1000 fatal shootings by police recorded every year. To me this indicates there is possibly a regulator.Too many killings and department heads step in?
If there was no pushback from bad press what would happen?
