Lost in the conversation is the fact that this guy was being arrested and if he just complied and got himself arrested, he would still be alive? Black thugs resist, forcing police to use harsher methods. Unfortunately, in this case, the cop pull her gun instead, of a tazer? There is some negligence here as a tazer vs a gun would feel different in your hand? In this case, she should have checked to make sure, she had the tazer in her hand?

There is a lot of rapid stereotyping of whites and their motive and capability here in this scenario. And the lefties allege that this is proof positive that even if this was a mistake that racial intent is so inherent in police that everything they do is symptomatic of racism and why police will never be fit for the job of community peacekeeping.
So, let's take a little turn here. Are any of the lefties making the argument that this scenario is proof positive that women are inherently unfit for policing and military roles due to their well known hysterical qualities and inability to make good judgements under pressure? Didn't think so. And I dont personally believe the points I just made for the sake of argument but am making the point that malevolent people with bad intent can reinforce all sorts of stereotypes.
Maybe women all need additional psychological assessment or additional certifications and training before assigned to such positions. And, hey, what if it was you or your son in a foxhole with a woman with a gun. You see how low this could go. Is anyone there in that city arguing that maybe we need to have a woman as police chief to get away from all the nasty macho fire-first, talk later stuff that man are stereotyped as doing. Ooops. probably not the right time for that town to talk about how great women are in those roles.

I want to know how many other blacks she shot and killed while in the line of duty. I mean 26 years of being racist on the force must have led to a stack of bodies.
We have more than a couple police chiefs who happen to be women and it is in black cities and you already see how bad of a job they are doing. They are conveniently, ready to sacrifice the police officers working under them to satify the mob's demands. No accountability, no due process, no nothing. Even in corporate jobs, women tend to do lousy jobs because they are ruled by emotions 99.9% of the time and that is the basis of their decisions.
The lefties start with demands but there is nothing that will satisfy them. Both Seattle and Portland had black police chiefs who were women. In the end they were both driven out of office because being black and being a woman still did not get them any points even though everyone was complaining about whitey and particularly male whities being in power. I don't remember what/who they have now. Probably a couple white guys which lets them go back to complaining that white men always hold the power. Conveniently overlooking the fact that they beat the living shiite out of the last two black women who held those positions by putting ridiculous demands on them to stand down and watch their cities be destroyed or ordering them to not support their officers in the field.
