Assuming, arguendo, that you're correct. You're not, but we're assuming arguendo.
What
@destriero is trying to tell you, and what I'm now trying to tell you, is that:
People of the same race can racially insult each other; since the insult would technically apply to them as well.
The other considerations are that:
It is a faux pas for the majority to racially insult the minority group that they have oppressed, ETC. for hundreds of years.
To a lesser degree, and maybe you'll understand this example a little better, It is in poor taste for the boss at work to make jokes about firing a subordinate. You wouldn't want your boss doing that, now would you?
But, it's always ok for workers to joke about the boss, especially a cool boss.
Look at it this way, the insulter and insultee should be equally yoked, OR the 'insulter' should be the one with the weaker hand. Minorities have the weaker hand. Workers have the weaker hand. Another example:
If I'm rich, and you're broke, it would be in poor taste for me to make jokes about poor people around you and your wife.
On the other hand, it's ok for you to make jokes about rich people, in front of rich people.
If the day comes where Tony's race is the majority, I would object to him calling you a "pussy ass cracka!" Because his race would be in control. (This assumes he's Black and you're White.)
But, in that case, I would not object to you calling him whatever you wanted, because you would be in the minority, and since you'd be subject to onsite ass whoopins by the Black police, and other such stuff, name calling should be tolerated by those holding the cards, and doing the ass whoopins.
tldr: It's not a violation for people of the same race to racially insult their own race.
