Last I heard the commie, domestic abuser Keith Ellison had left DC to become Attorney General of Minnesota to make everything good and lefty and socially just for Minnesota. Now we find that Minnesota apparently does not have laws on the books against murder so you cannot make any arrests until the feds do it and its all Bill Barr's fault.
Dem mayor in Minneapolis, Dem governor, black and dem attorney general, black and therefore probably dem police chief in Minneapolis. Can't make an arrest until they have been in a lotus position thinking about it for another week. If only there had been a video tape to support probable cause. They could always charge on one count and revise as needed. Sheesh.
