That policeman needs to be prosecuted for murder for putting his knee on the black suspect's neck. He was already subdued and no need for it. His fellow policemen did nothing to stop him so, they are accessories in fact. While, 90% of policemen do their jobs and enforce the laws as written, you will always have some bad apples.
