The shooter at the Q Club is non-binary per his lawyers. Now, the only groups using the terms binary are extreme liberal progressives. This guy is one of them and is probably, gay too. Chances are good he is involved with one of the other guys and maybe, got jealous. Other victims just collateral damage. Extreme liberals like Cuddles4BS will blame Conservatives and Republicans for all shootings without even checking on the political affiliation of the shooter. That is how dumb this ass clown is. There is a difference, which you acknowledge. Starting a thread about workplace violence that would highlight that in this particular case the perpetrator was black would itself be a racist because it would seek to make race essential to understanding the context of this act when in fact race had no essential bearing on this particular case.

They reported that he had a hit list and problems started with job changes. This is just an educated guess. Those under him would not cooperate with the job changes and not respecting his authority as a manager. He should have fired everyone of those refusing to follow new job changes which he did not have control over. Instead, the stress of dealing with these employees day in and day out, he just had his fill. Those who survived the shooting said, he picked the people he was shooting at. Even shooting some of the victims even if they are already dead. He wanted to make sure they died. There are even reports that he was laughing after he has killed these people.

Yes, if those under him were not cooperating with their job changes and not respecting his authority as manager he should of fired them. It's too bad he didn't fire them instead of shooting them.
 
There can be numerous reasons a straight person is at a drag club.
Might be supporting a friend or relative, might be there to assist with mechanical or electrical equipment, might have been invited as part of another group, might be because we live in a free world and can decide for ourselves our choices.
