The Drill Sergeant Association will fire his ass and find a new contractor that's looking for a job to replace him...typically there's a long waiting list of those wanting a job as such. Thus, they'll easily fill his position when they dump his ass.
They've fire people for doing much LESS than that guy.
- His girlfriend will dump him if this is the first time he disclose for all to hear that he fathered "a black child" especially if the kid was conceived with the other woman while he was with his current girlfriend...seems like a bonehead statement by someone that voted for Trump.
Usually they can only be identified as a racist via their interactions / behavior off duty if they've been hiding it well when on duty. If such occurs...the military usually works behind the scene to get rid of their asses.
Those that can't be touch because they have connections to the higher up in rank...they're usually given a hard time by their fellow Drill Sergeants until forced to quit.

and, When your accusatory statement is applied in light of the picture below,
your own statement would logically apply more accurately to a partisan who supports the party of the Politicians in the picture vs. a non-partisan agnostic. It's just a sham either way.
