His job is to arrest the guy and let the justice system punish him.... his job is not to kick a man on his stomach with his hands behind his head. If you think he was just enraged at this one guy and this was a one time event with this police officer you are mistaken, he looked like he is good at doing that.

And a guy on his stomach with his hands up and behind his head is surrendering....

Police are not allowed to get enraged and kill or beat up suspects, that is not part of the job and actually illegal and would be prevented if the union was not a bunch of pussies.

Look, I didn't say what the police did was right. What I was trying to say is it's understandable why he would react in such a way after a long chase.

And to address to the 'downfall of the nation' thing. No, it's the left that will collapse the nation. China, an extreme right wing nation (with a freemarket economy) along with other Asian nations will overtake USA soon.

While those in the US are still trying to find what gender they belong to, whether or not it's politically correct to say the next thing, doing naked protests, dealing with immigration and racism; Asian nations would be far ahead in the race.
