MAGAtard chokes black homeless man to death for being loud

you think anonymous posts on Elitetrader are influencing the jury pool?

Also this ain't going to trial...expect a plea deal any day now...
2nd degree manslaughter....what's that 3 yrs? Should consider himself lucky LEO/Adams is heavily on his side.

While I doubt he gets 15 he might get more than 3.Adams might be on his side but Bragg might not be.

When the jury , who are made up of fellow subway riders find him not guilty, watch for the Feds to hit him with federal hate crimes....Need to get that Whiteman

Not to sure a jury will find him not guilty. There were huge protests in support of his arrest.

Need to get the criminal who choked a man to death that had not attacked him.
You mean the good Samaritan who restrained a man into submission who was larger than his own 6'2", who had assaulted him and several others within a confined space not easily retreated from. An assault is the legal term for verbal threats to do battery, that is, to get physical some time in the future. In this case, the threat was imminent.

So yah, the reason you are here trying to incite mob justice is because this man, to you, is Whitey.

Not sure what you mean. Neo cons? Conservatives? It is only known that the lefty left, coddled, cuddled, and harbored by the Democrats, are the biggest racists.

Everybody is jumping to conclusions. I agree with Eric Adams on this. Let's wait and see when all the evidence comes in. If Neely appeared to be a threat then a chokehold could be justified. Looks like he overdid the chokehold (which could lead towards manslaughter charges), but keep in mind, this is a civilian, not a police officer (so he can't be expected to have adequate training for these situations). Neely was no harmless individual (had 44 prior arrests), but we have to find out more about what his behavior on the subway was and if physically restraining him was justified. I heard he might have been making threats and throwing garbage at people.
