So if I am on a highway and my vehicle is attacked, to defend myself and my family against a mob on the highway I will not be responsible for trying to get away with my vehicle and my property.

BLM and Antifa thugs have been attacking people in cars for merely, trying to use the roads and get about their business. They block the cars and attempt to destroy it and pull the occupants inside.
