So Pelosi was having a drink at 2AM wearing only his underwear and a dress shirt, and the hammer attack happened only after Depape was mad the police arrived? Looks like things were pretty cozy before that.

Regardless of anyone's politics, the police video shows the suspect is clearly attacking Mr. Pelosi.
I’m almost glad humans are headed for extinction. We are too stupid to survive in the long run, but continue to degrade the environment including destroying the habitat for more worthy life forms.
