It's because more and more of you lefties are either going on the public dole or claiming social security disability starting when you are a teenager or following un-American, effeminate, plant-based diets that lower your testosterone levels such than your will to work and compete is lowered along with your sperm count. Half of you don't even know which bathroom to use anymore. And the ones who are not doing that are on drugs.
In addition your ilk have created a permanent underclass of people on the Dem Plantation that will most likely never want to work or be able to work if any skill is involved or if it can be done by an illegal.
Look to those factors for reasons why the participation level is dropping. Oh, and dont expect it to go up anytime soon if one of your 1000 dollar a month freebie candidates is elected.
