Trump's campaign was coordinating with wikileaks about Russian hacked emails, accept it and move on.
Trump is responsible for what happens under his rule, he said virus would just go away in a few days implying it was a hoax. Maybe I can post the entire timeline for you how he dismissed the virus if you are interested.
