Install a puppet government, establish the USD as the currency, "take the oil", build some airports, golf courses, hotels, condo's, hospitals, retirement communities.... have the caravans head south to the new land of milk and honey....

Dems and GOP should stay out of that shit show down there as one assclown gets replaced by another. Except for humanitarian reasons or to support a complete change in form of government, anything else is just a shit show.

Interesting that the Canadians have also withdrawn recognition of the Maduro government.

The Canadians- well, the Trudeau's anyway-Pierre and Justin- defend all things Castro and Cuba pretty much runs the show in Venezuela so you could not necessarily count on them doing that until they did it.

In addition, the OAS has taken the same position so that keeps it from being just another Gringo meddling in Latin America scenario.

So all of that is for the good. The good may result in a bloody civil war but other than that.
