Madoff dying of cancer, fellow inmates say: report

Ive heard that hes started collecting money from inmates promising a couple of % a month. Minimum start is $10, but he'll take cigarettes or anything else of value.

If he is dying with cancer then he should be released to Scotland, so he can steal the money from all those mass-murderer sympathizing spineless bastards.

Prisons are full of CRIMINALS! Many are creative and all have a lot of time on their hands, they will find various ways to bend or break the RULES.

I think it would be interesting to read about some of the various enterprises they have in operation.
