Quick straw poll as I've heard differing stories: when are Mac pulling the plug on TT? Has it already happened?

To my understanding the GHCO settlement was 5c a side only for non-TT software that infringed. I.e. - a license on md trader.

(and 10c the second year)

TT software priced as normal

Refco management can't be stupid, they have to be able to put something in (software) to compete in quality with TT?

In none of its settlements has TT sought to charge a transaction fee for orders executed through TTs own software.

The transaction fees only apply to orders executed through infringing software that uses the MD Trader concept.

In other words it is a licensing fee for the patent in NON-TT software.

Under all of the settlements to date XTrader has only a flat monthly charge as normal.

RE: The godparents thing, you're wrong about that but I assume you were just exaggerating a little to make a point that they know each other.
