MACD/Trendline Swing Trader

Think I am going to quit trading right about now.... FSYS at 33... 20 points not made from 3 days ago... Initial plan was a cover at 39 or so.

You think you have endured pain in trading.. unbearable.

god damn i hate it when that happens.
 
Until I am able to trade on preset triggers based on charting alone again without emotional interference (market noise is deafening now) this account is going nowhere.... except downward.. VIX pegged over 40 so I keep uprooting shorts and going long... killing me. VERY unusual conditions... but still the trader is the problem here....

So much pain to review my chart list and see stocks that have all gone 300% up in the spring and back down. Day by day the entire swing is gradually wasted... Starting to think there may not be a solution.

just a thought.
Why don't you play only trend BOs which are IN the direction of the upper timeftame trend? I know that you use only one timeframe, but "stepping back" may give you the idea (for me this is a key. By "stepping back" I ingore many trades which on lower timeframe look well and I wlould take them). This may give you some odds in you trading. Who knows.

The secret (another one!) to the markets is this... sticking to a plan and not fiddling or trying to develop a new one when it "seems" the other is not working... don't tell anyone.....

Long HANS 28.5... 28 support has been quite strong and it's help up well lately.. There is a tradeable market bounce around the corner...
