MACD/Trendline Swing Trader

Yes.. Good points.. Though a fine line between Technical feeling and fundamental feeling.. The latter increasingly a liability, for now.

I am not usually happy to be swishing around while a small pattern is built though.. it's a disease of mine..
 
CLF.. Actually covered all under 150 as I had 1/2 the position I thought..

TIE.. Covered 15.35.. will re-short under 14.9
FTO.. covered 25.6..

Covered mostly due to 2 or greater red bars 1 white bar setting.. actually part of my long scans..

Bought PHM 14 even, SNDK 28.88..

Considering my first Option trade on DRYS.. biding it's time to do something.
 
Well that was a messy week... Not "feeling" in control partly due to a strange fascination with builder stocks.. Last week was worse so the trend is in the right direction. Hope to regain a clear head next week.

Late entries today in HES and ANR.. A bit surprised at Commodity strength.. we'll see if it continues. Did get into first option trade ever.. in DRYS June100 calls.. The breakout "should" stick as the whole bulk shipping sector quite strong. JRJC a boredom trade.. maybe it looked so much like JRCC I thought it may behave alike..

Replaced PHM (bought 14.55) with RYL 34.82 (Less overhead than PHM, hope she doesn't bite me again).. Should target 37 once (if) over 35.
 
Hope that 1420 short idea I didn't act on isn't prescient.. we'll see.. Stopped out of you know who.. RYL. Think I'll reserve this group for shorting sometime this summer.. Fed Govt willing. so many fake moves.. Added to HES Premarket 110.6.

Takes nerves of steel to trade a split personality market.. Financials on one side.. Commodities and Techs the other.. One has to join and sing the same tune as the other sooner or later?? Cisco tonight..
 
Out of all Longs.. Ugly Candles galore. Took small RYL short at LOD! Still awaiting the XHB break. Expect 12,800 DOW to be fought over. Will try shorts on next Hourly SP bounce to around 1405-1408.
 
XHB Looks to be on it's way down "IF" it stays weak today.. Ironically, covered RYL 31.3.. It's been saved here too many times.. Will re-short big under 31 if it happens. Long HMY 12.18 on 12.11 break..

Short VLO 46.6. Refiners very weak for a while. Very large Weekly pattern.. Except for that pesky March low, should be a great trade. Reversal possible today but if it holds weak should work.

Edit.. Will add mid 47's.
