MACD/Trendline Swing Trader

Too many trades today when doing nothing would have been best. My constant interference really reducing my returns.. Today RYL was taken short automatically as planned on break of 33 but I chose to cover it as I keep looking at the overall markets for individual trade decisions and since DOW was likely to bottom (try to?) at 12,400 I killed a perfect trade...

Longs:
DRYS, JASO, ANR, MDR, and CLF
 
Well that Flag was building.. and building.. and building.. No one told it is a fantasy of the powers that be.. i.e. we should not be here...

Overtrading contniues to be expensive.. emotionally and financially.. I get off the horse too early and try to find trades that are simply not there.. Was up 3% on the Week till today... The ANR, DRYS, JASO, and MDR positions should have been held until failure.. At this point only DRYS truly failed.

Currently Long FXP and Short TBSI

That said, it was a good week considering the week before, which typically leads to a bad week.. Focus one week, slack off the next... so a "profitable" slacker week...

Thanks for the encouragement. Sometimes I am too hard on myself. Next week a chance to improve some more. Primary goal (for the week) is to allow preplanned triggers to do their job and use prior day highs/lows as stops..

Well.. Flag resolved.. Came into today FULLY SHORT.. got all the required news but not the expected market response.. Oddly, shorts .. FXP, JASO, TBSI, and MTL didn't hurt much I suppose as Commodities got killed and JASO is Oil sensitive.. Very happy with the outcome.. -$1,500 but would have been MUCH worse had I used the red panic buttons..

Long.. RYL, MTH, CSL, AKS..

These markets want to and intend to.. go up... I don't care of markets do what they shouldn't as long as no head-fakes..

CLF added Long via trigger.. 127's.. Trigger actually should have been just above 125, on the break of the recent4 day highs..
 
Sold the Builders MTH, CSL, RYL..(they have less gas in tank than others) Bought POT 166, CSIQ 24.3.. Trimmed AKS

That Labor report tomorrow.. what to do??
