Brokers don't run trading algos. You need to write your own, or find some software that will run algos for you.
(brokers may provide some basic algos for price improvement or share accumulation, but they are not related to trading strategies)

MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, TradeStation. You can also find or buy various algos online.

MultiCharts has built in MACD algos.
