Mac OSX trading front-end

Folks,

I'm thinking of releasing the front-end to my real-time trading systems platform on Mac OSX, eschewing Windows. The backend is cross-platform anyway.

I'm talking to the developer of http://www.trade-strategist.com/ to adapt his application.

Any objections to this? You can buy a Mac Mini these days for $500 and connect it to your display and keyboard with a KVM switch.

I wouldn't snub Windows if I were you. If you're giving it away for free, sure, snub Windows. But if you're trying to make a business of it, that's where at least 90% of your potential customers are. If you want to be cross-platform, try QT. Write your front-end once, run it on Windows, Linux, Unix, OS X, etc.
