Mac OS, TOS real-time data to Excel?

Is there a way on Mac OS to get TOS real-time data into Excel?

Specifically, I'd like to get option data into Excel. But I am curious more generally if anything is possible at this point in time. =RTD("tos.rtd", , "MARK", "AAPL") gives a "#N/A" result. Not sure if I need to specify a server.

Google is not helping me except to vaguely suggest that what I am trying to do is not possible on the Mac side of things.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

RTD is outdated tech so you shouldnt use it. Moreover, I don't believe it is possible on OS X.

RTD only works on the windows version of excel.

why do you have to run it on the Mac, can't you install a Windows on a Virtual Machine? I do that on my Mac using VMware Fusion

Yes, I have Parallels. Just was hoping to keep it on the Mac side if possible (where I do everything else).
