The FRC news under FRBK tho, when all of it happened and then, the next day or few days later, FRBK/media sources releasing official apologies for ,,scaring off'' investors.

It looks like the warrant to purchase 79.9% of common stock in the two GSEs expires on September 7,
2028. Back in 2008, I assumed the GSEs would be resolved well before that date.

But now the date is getting fairly close - and the warrant expires in the next presidential term.

Background info:

Ferrari was spun off from Fiat's successor entity, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, in 2016 (source = Wikipedia, but no independent source to confirm this)

Stellantis has many different brands. Formed in January 2021 as a merger of Fiat Chrysler and PSA (Peugeot and Citroën).
