SPRT shareholder meeting to vote on merger with Greenidge

Existing SPRT shareholders will get about 11.7% and existing Greenidge shareholders will get about 88.3%.

Not sure of the precise figures, I think it depends on the VWAP of SPRT stock near the closing date.

If the 88% and 12% figures are correct, and the merger proceeds, then Greenidge will have a market cap similar to RIOT and MARA.
