However as Viceroy noted,
"SARB response appears to validate Capitec based on information obtained from Capitec. Our research suggests that Capitec data is flawed, and we believe accounts cannot be relied upon. "

I am guessing that the "According to all the information available" clause is the SARB's "get out of jail free" card in case the bank does require more capital (or fails).
