Their bond prices have pummeled since April, their pricing a larger than normal chance of BK, AMD never really recovered since the dot.com Era began. The newsletters for Bond Buyers have been warning about its price and than some rumor about a Buyout causes it to spike.

The same nonsense happens with ACI, BTU and ANR, once these stocks die (AMD Semi) they seem to drag along until they burn through all their cash or someone buys them for nothing. Bond Analysts say 'stay away!", I agree!

I've been following AMD a long time, they need a miracle to survive, they can't do anything right it seems!

Anyone that followed AMD for a while know what will happen to this company eventually.

A spin off will not save this company (if this ever happen) nor the new product that expect to lauch next year. Good luck to "double" down when it move lower.
