Had a interview with them a few weeks back. The interview was very informal and laid back. Seemed like a nice place to start a trading career (3 month training program). They mostly do pair trades on fixed income products.
I declined their offer for a few reasons.
1. Training is not paid.
2. $30,000 draw is nice but commission is 50/50 split.
3. 3 year contract.
This is not a awful deal but my situation is a little different because I already have trading experience and was looking for something different.
Seems like a nice place to start a trading career for someone looking to break into the industry.
