The fact is all these are press releases and PR stunts. The facts will come out soon. These kind of frauds are common in BB stocks.

A price increase of that magnitude while it attracts traders also attracts regulatory and news scrutiny.

Many people do not realise that they are lucky that atleast this company is still trading, in most cases the company stock simply stops trading once authorities suspend trading. There are several cases like this. Just a couple of years ago a similar story played itself out on ET about mad cow disease company. One fine day the company stopped trading due to Sec /FBI action. Search through ET archives and you will find it.

There is a whole industry which caters to creating and promoting such shell companies through continuous press releases. Those who has been in market know this very well. But hype and rising prices fools even most veterans as this company showed when some of the veterans on ET started believing in the hype.

The truth will come out slowly. That is the way this BB game is played.

If you believe your own hype, load up on this stock with all the money you got and see what happens next.
Not necessarily disagreeing with your premise on some BB stocks, but surely you are not making a statement of fact that Manchester is definitely a BB scam/fraud. Or are you?

Time will tell you. So far it is all press releases by agencies known to be BB agencies.

One of the Mad Cow companies which was suspended for trading had press releases saying Intel had tied up with it to provide chip to be inserted in cows ears. Later it was found out it was just press release.

Did you read the latest SEC filing?

Note: I'm not being accusatory; I am neither an advocate for, or detractor of MNSC. DD has to be as much objective as it does somewhat skeptical.

I'm going out on a limb here, but don't you think a multi-million dollar operation such as Nice Cars and Nice Cars acceptance corp.,would get their lawyers on this if it weren't true?
I'm sure that with the recent price fluctuations, the obvious calls to confirm the purchase of the two entities were made.
I assume at least two calls were placed, one from regulatory authorities and another from the shorts.
I doubt that hack "reporter" made any calls whatsoever, lol.
Like I've said before I believe this company is legitamate and has the goods.
I'll call Nice cars on Monday and post their response.

I have read that. Even if it is a genuine company, is this a biotech company or some technology company, which has found some miraculous new solution to have this kind of move.

Look at stocks like FLT, REFR, DYII etc. There are several companies in the past tried same hype/PR games. Read the Sec filings on them. This is an old trick in the business. Many newsletter writers are paid to promote such kinds of stock. Look at the case of FLT

Look at the chart during 2003 and see what happened.

In this case it is not probably the shorts that drove that price down, it is drying up of bids (absence of new buyers) which created that air pocket. As that happens existing holders are forced to offer lower price to get somebody to buy their shares. That probably explains that gap.

You know. That wouldn't convince us. What would convince us is if you show us the transaction statement that you double up or triple up your stake in MNCS on Monday. Of course if you bet your entire fortune on this stock, hey I'm convinced.

money talks. Words are cheap.
