Oh, don't thank me, I found it by mis-typing a symbol I was researching and was bewildered by the chart. Of course, now there is a little news, but it still looks highly speculative to me.
It's very easy to find such stocks by www.stockfetcher.com
Just type query lite that:

set{variable,count(rsi(2) is above 60,100)}
variable is above 90
volume above 100000
price above 0.1

Yea the past three days we have seen record volume and record price gain. 19 cents added this week versus the usual 8-13 cent weekly gains.

Anyone know why this stock's going up?
For some reason they have a highly experienced Harvard grad attorney on the board and one of his specialties is M & A.

They recently got $300 million credit line to finance product to the customer.

Recently joining the staff is a guy who has heavy experience in a product vital to their business, sub-prime auto lending.

It's all in their PR blurbs, so consider the source, but extrapolating the $300 mil into sales seems like a lot of units would be "put over the curb."

I wonder how long MNCS can keep up this climb.. I'm getting jittery
If your not confident that you can kiss this speculative investment good bye as it goes down the tubes, get out NOW.

That said, how many units do you think $300 million in financing floats? BTW, that's money owed by the vehicle purchaser, not Manchester.

this stock might begin' tumblin' when it enters the amex...obvious next step imo.
Depends on when and if it goes on another echange. Have you thought through what might happen? The Board is not just going to throw it on some exchange in its present form with zip for profit and zip for ability to make a profit. Using your example that it does go on some better recognized exchange, lets say that at the time they have done some of what they have planned and are showing a profit along with normal company PR spin. Of course, the past stock price history will show something like this:

mncs.ob

One would think that it will not just wither on the vine. And the company execs are getting options that are at recent stock prices, so they definitely have an incentive to make their performance count.
