The shooter was guided ( "possessed") by "Sa ùùù Tan", and the country music lovers - who pretend to be Christians - revealed what they were all about.

More likely a "Sin City" so called "Christian", because calling oneself a "Christian" makes one look so good.
It is most likely an echo as there are many tall structures there to reverberate sound. But who knows? Someone could have fired back at the shooter. Or someone could have fired from a secondary location for a related reason. The only way to know for sure is to recover all the slugs. Good luck with that.

The reason I brought it up is because with that many injured there may have been more than one shooter.
However, the volleys (if that is the correct word) in the beginning of the video seem to have the same cadence and perhaps the same duration. I therefore wondered about echo.
