The LULD levels reported by exchanges for ATIF at the moment (in a couple of feeds I am looking at) are 20% from price up/down. According to all the definitions I could find, that 20% can only apply to stocks that have previous close >0.75. ATIF's previous close was ~0.5. So how in the world are exchanges calculating LULD of 20% right now for it?
Are the links I gave above wrong? If so - where are the correct regulations?
