what are some of the rates people are getting out there as far as fees go. Looking to trade +- 20 million shares a month.. per share im at .003..
 
That volume using "unbundled commissions" at IB for listed trading (which is what I do)...
Would be somewhere between 0.0025 and 0.0030...
Plus you would get about 3.5% on your short position.
