Because February has only 28 days and a lot of black boxes and other systems were fried today.

Some sectors are trending up while others down. If majority of sectors were trending lower, then more selling pressure would result. Until a few more support points get taken out volume won't come on the downside.

Its the currency, the US dollar is dropping a little faster.

During first 60 min of trading my software shows highest volume than any other 60 min bar during last 21 days on NQ.

And it is Friday.
