Low latency broker comparison

The goal of this thread is to compile and compare info on brokers that provide low latency direct access. The following features make sense to compare:

1. how low is the latency? milliseconds, microseconds?
2. co-location offered at which data centers?
3. asset classes supported (equities, options, futures, forex, fixed income)
4. destinations supported
5. fees/commissions
6. provides clearing and reportng services or not?
7. APIs offered (FIX and/or binary)
8. quality of customer support
9. min account size
10. leverage
11. anything else?
