Volume Scale Rate 0 â 100 = $0.99 101 â 1000 = $0.69 1,001 â 2,000 = $0.49 2,001 â 5,000 = $0.29 5,001 â 10,000 = $0.19 10,001 â 20,000 = $0.04 20,001+ = $0.03 This rate chart is from the thread http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=135939
